MY MISSION IS SIMPLE:

To inspire as many studios as I can to include leadership coaching in their team member development processes. To have an emphasis on HOW we care for and coach up others.

Why? Because when our people grow, our studios grow.

MY JOURNEY:

Over the last decade I have had the opportunity to work in every position of the boutique fitness studio. Across a dozen brands. Under some of the best (and worst) mentors. And within both functional and dysfunctional environments. In short, I have seen and done it all honey. From managing pre-sales & opening studios to developing instructors to leading sustained studios to success.

All while growing myself.
